USER AGREEMENT
The User's / Buyer’s personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ.
When placing an order on the Website the User provides the following information: Last name, First name, Patronymic, contact phone number, e-mail address, product delivery address.
By providing his/her personal data to the Seller, the Website Visitor / the User / the Buyer gives consent to the Seller’s processing thereof for the purpose of, including, without limitation, the fulfillment of the Seller’s obligations to the Website Visitor / the User / the Buyer within the framework of this Public Offer, the Seller's promotion of goods and services, conducting web and SMS surveys, monitoring the sales promotion results, the customer support, arranging goods delivery to Buyers, running prize draws among Website Visitors / Users / Buyers, monitoring the satisfaction of the Website Visitor / the User / the Buyer and the quality of the services rendered by the Seller.
Personal data processing means any action (operation) or a series of actions (operations), which are carried out with or without the use of automation means, in regard to the personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (including transfer to third parties without prejudice to a cross-border transfer should that become necessary in course of fulfilling the obligations), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
The Seller has the right to send informational messages, including advertising ones, to the User's / Buyer’s e-mail address and mobile number upon his/her consent, expressed through his/her actions identifying unambiguously this subscriber and allowing him to ascertain reliably his/her will to receive the message.
The User / Buyer has the right to refuse to receive advertising and other information without giving reasons thereof by informing Stay Overseas Real Estate Brokerage LLC of his/her refusal by phone to +90 530 178 29 16 or by sending a corresponding application to the Seller's email address: office@staypropertydubai.com. Service messages informing the User / Buyer of an order and the stages of its processing are sent automatically and cannot be rejected by the User / Buyer.
The Seller has the right to use the cookie technology. Cookies do not contain confidential information. The Visitor / User / Buyer hereby gives consent to the collection, analysis and use of cookies, by third parties as well, for the purposes of generating statistics and optimizing advertising messages.
The Seller obtains information on the IP-address of the www.stayproperty.com Visitor. This information is not used to ascertain the Visitor’s identity.
The Seller shall not be responsible for the data provided by the User / Buyer on the Website in a publicly available form.
The Seller has the right to record telephone conversations with the User / Buyer. In addition the Seller undertakes to: prevent attempts of unauthorized access to the information obtained during telephone conversations and/or transfer it to third parties not related directly to the execution of Orders, according to Par. 4 Art. 16 of the Federal Law "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection".
